Help cant create anymore !

How can we create pokemon when the app requiered to be connected to internet (and to be connected to internet) you need the last console update ... So please can you fix this ? Just spend my 15$ itunes for this and doesnt work anymore ... It worked for 2 pokemon yesterday and today nothing ! Do something please ! cause if I knew that i wouldnt have bought 2 regions and the smogon importer -_-
